Pricing is based on how much room your load takes up in the trailer, not on an hourly clock. We look at the pile (in person or from a photo you send), give you a number before we start, and that is the number you pay. Estimates are free and there is no obligation.
No. That is the whole service. We carry it out of the garage, the back bedroom, the attic, the side yard, wherever it is sitting. You point at it and we do the rest.
Most jobs we can reach the same day or the next morning, depending on where you are and how the schedule looks. If you are working to a closing date or a move-out deadline, tell us the date and we will build around it.
Hazardous material - paint, chemicals, solvents, fuel, asbestos and medical waste - has to go through a licensed hazardous handler, so we cannot put it in the trailer. Almost everything else in a house, garage, yard, office or job site we can take. If you are not sure, call and describe it.
Usable furniture and household goods go to local donation centers, and metal and other recyclables go to recyclers. What is genuinely waste goes to a licensed transfer station. The landfill is the last stop, not the first.

Yes. Estate cleanouts, foreclosures, evictions, rentals between tenants and pre-listing clearouts are a regular part of the work. We can empty a full property and leave it broom-clean for photos or a walkthrough.
Yes, we are a licensed and insured Florida LLC. If a property manager or HOA needs paperwork on file before we come out, ask and we will send it over.
